Personal Assistant to CEO

Our client, a leading name in Engineering consultancy seeks to employ an efficient and dynamic Personal Assistant for their CEO. The ideal candidate must possess at least 7 years experience in secretarial functions with at least the last 2 years as executive secretary/PA for the senior management.

This is a responsible and critical role and involves managing the CEO’s office, scheduling meetings and appointments, diary and calendar management, taking down minutes of the meeting, communicating effectively to the various departments and being in complete charge during the CEO’s absence.

This position is based in Abu Dhabi

Salary: Dhs.10, 000-12000(all inclusive)

Timings: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, 5 days a week.

This role involves sound organization and time management skills and the ability to handle pressure .
